UnitReady (unitready.pro), including O/OReady, is operated by Four G Holdings and Developing LLC (fourghd.com). This policy explains what information the service handles and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account details you or your company provide, such as name, email address, phone number and role.
• Fleet and maintenance records you enter or upload, such as units, work orders, inspections, parts, documents and photos.
• Location data, only when you choose to share it from your device for a feature that uses it.
• Basic technical information needed to run the service, such as sign-in sessions and server logs.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and support the service, send account and service notifications such as reminders and billing notices, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details are entered with Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Service providers

We rely on vendors to host the service, send email and process payments. They receive only what they need to perform those services for us.

Retention and security

Records are kept while your company's account is active and as needed for legal, tax or compliance purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and backups, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Some records belong to your employer's company account, and we may refer those requests to the company administrator.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
