Terms of Service

These terms govern use of UnitReady (unitready.pro), including O/OReady, operated by Four G Holdings and Developing LLC (fourghd.com). By using the service you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Company administrators are responsible for the users they invite.

Your data

You keep ownership of the records you enter. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

Compliance records

UnitReady helps organize maintenance and compliance documents and reminders. It does not replace your own obligations under DOT, FMCSA, IRS or other rules, and reminders may not catch every requirement.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed as shown at signup or in your agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unpaid accounts may be limited after notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or interfere with its operation.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
